Since 2019, we (Ava and Dylan, plus our 2 “boondachshunds”) have been traveling all around the United States by RV, working from remote locations, powering our professional lives off solar, boondocking in the most beautiful spots in nature, and living lightly. In 2020, we escaped a forest fire in our former travel trailer. In this episode we talk about everything from what we did with the pet pig as the fire approached, to how we started filtering air in the travel trailer after that scary day.
Ever since then, we've become more aware of climate change in the United States - the smokey summers where we humans breathe in particles that can damage our heart and lungs, and the dwindling water supplies in the American Southwest, which we've seen firsthand between 2019 and 2021.
